Do I need to buy a ticket for each of my team members?
Yes, every participant needs to buy a ticket. Each participant must also complete the form at the bottom of the page on the event ticket website.
Is food provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided in the form of sandwich trays. Sorry, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. There will be drinks available. There is a kitchen, so feel free to bring a water bottle with you.
Do I need to bring puzzles for social puzzling?
No, puzzles will be provided. Please note, these puzzles belong to the event volunteers and are not for participants to take home.
Do I need to stay for the entire event?
You will need to stay for the pairs and teams events as others will be counting on your participation. The social puzzling is optional, if you need to leave you are welcome to.
Will I have time to bid on the online auction items?
Yes, there will be time during lunch to enter and check bids. There will also be 25 minutes during social puzzling when you can enter and check your bids.
Where do I find the online auction?
The online auction will open on October 2. The link will be posted on the event ticket website and will be emailed to all participants. Items will be at the event to see and for winners to collect if in attendance.
