Click on the “Rewards” button on the bottom left hand side of the website.
How do I earn puzzle pieces?
You will earn 5% back in puzzle pieces for every purchase made in the store. You can also follow us on social media and complete your profile to earn puzzle pieces.
How do I redeem puzzle pieces?
Click on the “Rewards” button on the bottom left hand side of the website. Click on “Redeem”. You can redeem your puzzle pieces in $5 increments. You’ll be issued a coupon code to use at checkout.
Can I redeem my puzzle pieces and also use another discount code?
No, puzzle piece redemption cannot be combined with other offers.
How do I refer a friend?
Go to the loyalty widget and click on “Refer”. You’ll get a personal referral link that you can send to friends, share on Facebook, etc.
What do I get for referring a friend?
You’ll receive 500 puzzle pieces (worth $5) after your friend has completed their first purchase.
Can my friend use their referral puzzle pieces on their first purchase?
Yes, the puzzle pieces will be added to their account when they register for an account using your referral link. The points can be used for their first purchase or saved for later.
