 Free Shipping Threshold

We recently announced that the free shipping threshold has changed to $140 within Canada. Here’s why:

·       We set the free shipping threshold before we knew how much shipping would cost

·       We don’t get the same shipping discounts as other retailers that have a larger volume of orders

·       We were breaking even or losing money on a lot of orders

·       Shipping costs unfortunately continue to rise

While we’re speaking about shipping, you may have received a package in another company’s branded box. This is part of our eco friendly strategy. We reuse all of the packing materials that come in our orders as well. We do occasionally need to order boxes to fill the gaps, but we reuse as much as we can.

As a reminder, you automatically receive 5% of your purchase value as loyalty points (puzzle pieces). Also, for now we are still considered a small supplier, so you’ll still save on the GST.
