Free local pick up in Cranston SE, Calgary, Alberta. Orders will be ready within 24 hours.
Local Delivery
$5 flat rate local delivery fee. You can check to see if you fall into the local delivery area at checkout. If you live in an apartment or condo, please include building entry instructions in the delivery instructions. Orders will be delivered within 5 business days.
Flate Rate Shipping
Orders will usually be processed within 3 business days.
- Alberta and British Columbia:
- $8.99 flat shipping fee for orders of less than $90 (before applicable taxes)
- All other Canadian provinces:
- $12.99 flat shipping fee for orders of less than $90 (before applicable taxes)
Free Shipping
Free shipping for orders of CAD $90 or more (before applicable taxes). Orders will usually be processed within 3 business days.
Shipping - Worldwide
Shipping is now available worldwide. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout. Duties and fees are collected at checkout so there are no suprizes when the puzzles arrive.

Updates to processing timelines due to extenuating circumstances will be posted on the home page.
Undelivered or Refused Packages
If your package is undelivered or refused and we receive the product back, we will issue a refund for the price of the product minus the return shipping charges and minus a 5% credit card charge. This will be refunded to the original credit card used. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
